If your repair is not cov­ered by or eli­gi­ble for insur­ance reim­burse­ment, we will work with you one-on-one to make sure your auto­mo­bile is repaired to its pre-acci­dent con­di­tion, always bear­ing in mind your bud­get and time con­straints with­out ever sac­ri­fic­ing qual­i­ty.

Know Your Rights

In accor­dance with Sub­chap­ter G, Chap­ter 1952 of the Texas Insur­ance Code and Title 28, Sec­tion 5.501 of the Texas Admin­is­tra­tive Code, insur­ers have a respon­si­bil­i­ty to claimants regard­ing pay­ment for dam­age to a motor vehi­cle and must com­ply with these pro­vi­sions. To take some of the guess­work out of a tense sit­u­a­tion, The Nation­al Asso­ci­a­tion of Insur­ance Com­mis­sion­ers (NAIC) devel­oped WreckCheck™. This free mobile app for iPhone® and Android® smart­phones out­lines what to do imme­di­ate­ly fol­low­ing an acci­dent and walks users through a step-by-step process to cre­ate their own acci­dent report. The app directs you to cap­ture pho­tos and helps doc­u­ment and share only what is nec­es­sary to file an insur­ance claim. Users can even email their com­plet­ed reports to them­selves and their insur­ance agents.
